Hello. I bought a Honda CB400n from 1983 and it's in pretty rough shape. The clutch and brake levers need to be replaced, as well as the brake fluid reservoir. I'm looking for these parts, but not stock. Can anybody recommend me something that will fit? Or at least explain to me how to choose these parts. I'm interested in something that looks something like this, a bit more modern than the original parts.

Lots of options on ebay or perhaps David Silver? Not seen the ones you have in your images. These are not exactly performance bikes so a budget modern looking Chinese job should do the job. Good luck.

On the Brake lever you should be looking for a 5/8 cylinder for a 400

will it work with a smaller bore size? I found these , but they are a bit smaller than 15.875mm, these are 12.7

5/8” is about 16mm which gives 200 square mm area of piston

12.7mm bore is about 126 mm square

so to move the brake calliper piston the same distance you would need to pull the brake lever 1.6 times as far
